Q.I.C Early Learning Centre Early Learning Centre is a full day child care centre providing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) programs for 140 children, between the ages of 6 weeks and 6 years. The children in our care at the centre will be divided into seven groups relevant to their age and development.
