Certified Bookkeeper. Member of ICB Australia, ABN Network and registered BAS Agent (which allows me to legally prepare and electronically lodge BAS, IAS Statements & payment summaries on a client's behalf. MYOB Professional Partner, MYOB software - current version Accountright V19 (compatible with Apple Macintosh Accountedge data file versions). Tasks include data entry,control account reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable, debtor followup, payroll processing cashflow management, BAS and PAYG preparation and lodgement. Training offered on set-up and use of MYOB as required. Customisation of MYOB forms. Will liaise with client's accountant as required, including submission of EOFY Preliminary Accounts for Income Tax Lodgement preparation. Fees - Flat hourly rate of $45.00 per hour (No GST). First month's fee's introductory rate of $35/hr (NO GST). Guarantee that hourly rate will not increase during first twelve (12) months of service. Travel rates - willing to travel up to 200km from Tumut NSW for on-site training, face-to-face meetings as required. First 40kms each way no charge. Travel kilometres will be charged thereafter at normal ATO rates. Certification (Limited Review) of BAS/IAS Statements by ABN BAS - $40 per BAS Statement (No GST) and $20 per IAS Statement (No GST). This provides Quality Assurance to the Client. Insurance - Fully insured. Current Professional Indemnity Policy in place. Confidentiality - fully guaranteed. As a holder of a Practising Certificate with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers Australia, I am to abide by the ICB's Code of Conduct and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
